The Ohio Artist Registry (OAR) is an exciting opportunity for artists to share their work, connect with the creative community, and establish an online presence—all on a free, virtual platform! The OAR encourages artists working in all art forms, throughout Ohio and beyond, to create a profile, which allows them to better promote themselves and their work. Being listed in the OAR provides artists with new opportunities to share their work with clients, galleries, patrons, and audiences. A listing in the OAR does not confer an endorsement, approval, or verification by the Ohio Arts Council.

Mike is a self-taught potter from Southern Ohio and owner of Mike Mustain Pottery, where he teaches intro-level pottery classes. His work is a combination of unfettered technique and experimental processes, lending to the uncomplicated and playful nature of his ceramics. Ben Myers is an art educator in NE Ohio who focuses on community engagement and art as an experience for his students. Ben studied art at Bowling Green State University where his focus was in ceramic decaling and atmospheric firing. His decals were collected from his film negatives he took with his photography. After receiving his BFA, Ben went on to work with k-12 schooling and started an Arts Council in Massillon, Ohio.…
