The OAR encourages artists working in all art forms, throughout Ohio and beyond, to create a profile, which allows them to better promote themselves and their work. Being listed in the OAR provides artists with new opportunities to share their work with clients, galleries, patrons, and audiences. A listing in the OAR does not confer an endorsement, approval, or verification by the Ohio Arts Council.

Christopher Mohler

Chris Mohler is a professional artist who creates contemporary, abstract steel sculpture and chalk drawings on archival paper. His sculpture has been featured in numerous exhibitions. Chris has created hundreds of sculptures and drawings in his 40+ years as an artist; his work is in the art collections of scores of patrons. Chris has received six grant awards from the Greater Columbus Arts Council and two from the Ohio Arts Council.

Jon is an award-winning cinematic and metal composer/producer based in Ohio. He specializes in epic, cinematic walls of noise for use in trailers as well as softer, intimate textures for films and other visual media.

Jacob Mollohan is a photographer based in Akron, Ohio. He graduated with BFA in photography from The University of Akron in May 2019. Jacob currently works as an Architectural Photographer. He found a love for photography while in school prompting a change from the graphic arts. His foundation of graphic design helps shape each photograph he makes, treating each photo as a design.

I have a great sense of finding the beauty in the simple day to day things. I love black and white photography because I truly believe it tells a deeper story to viewers I also believe black and white photography can evoke different emotions to different viewers. Stephanie is a neurodivergent artist originating from Grand Rapids, MI with a BFA from Kendall College of Art and Design. She works with multiple mediums, such as digital illustration, watercolor, gouache, and printmaking. Before taking the leap into the fine art world, Stephanie worked as a K-12 art educator for 11 years, interned with dog trainers, and illustrated books for friends.
