The Ohio Artist Registry (OAR) is an exciting opportunity for artists to share their work, connect with the creative community, and establish an online presence—all on a free, virtual platform! The OAR encourages artists working in all art forms, throughout Ohio and beyond, to create a profile, which allows them to better promote themselves and their work. Julie Martin is a contemporary artist living in Northeast Ohio drawn to portraiture and figurative subjects. With a background in graphic design, the Denver, Colorado born artist also pursued a passion of painting. By rearranging pieces of images using a variety of mediums, she expands the visual creating a final product with an ironic twist calling this a fragmented style.
I am a hobbyist photographer that has enjoyed photography for several years. Living in northeastern Ohio I am afforded opportunities to travel to some of the most beautiful countryside scenes.
