The Ohio Artist Registry (OAR) is an exciting opportunity for artists to share their work, connect with the creative community, and establish an online presence—all on a free, virtual platform! The OAR encourages artists working in all art forms, throughout Ohio and beyond, to create a profile, which allows them to better promote themselves and their work. Being listed in the OAR provides artists with new opportunities to share their work with clients, galleries, patrons, and audiences. A listing in the OAR does not confer an endorsement, approval, or verification by the Ohio Arts Council.

Jacqueline Hatcher
Visual Artist
Resides in Toledo, Ohio, and has taught art for over 20 years. In March, she guided her advanced art students in the graduating class of 2026, attending The Maritime Academy of Toledo to spearhead their first art show. This was with the Truths Colours Gallery in Toledo. She was also a participant in the 2025 Artomatic 419. Her piece titled “Beautiful” gained the honor of being displayed in the governor’s mansion in Columbus, Ohio, representing visual arts for women veterans in August of 2018. She was also the artist of the month for the Catharine S. Eberly Center for Women, located at the University of Toledo, in 2016.
Having an entrepreneurial spirit prompted her to create “Art by Jacqueline66,” a freelance illustrating company specializing in a variety of artistic services. Loving art at an early age has guided her on a path dedicated to using art in many ways to promote therapeutic creativity, education, a sense of community, fun, and visual enjoyment.
