The Ohio Artist Registry (OAR) is an exciting opportunity for artists to share their work, connect with the creative community, and establish an online presence—all on a free, virtual platform! The OAR encourages artists working in all art forms, throughout Ohio and beyond,  to create a profile, which allows them to better promote themselves and their work. Being listed in the OAR provides artists with new opportunities to share their work with clients, galleries, patrons, and audiences. A listing in the OAR does not confer an endorsement, approval, or verification by the Ohio Arts Council.
For more information, contact Kathy Signorino, artist programs director, at kathy.signorino@oac.ohio.gov or 614-728-6140.

Ambz Kear

Owner/Creator

From the creation of Hysteria Company exists a consistent divine push of passion for creating art that is socially and environmentally conscientious and engaging. Each day begins with hope, gratitude, and an assortment of intersectional lenses of art and design; with purpose and intention being the Archangel of each project that I approach.

Photo of Mr Richard Alan Neuman

Ohio artist Richard Neuman’s career spans as a designer for two Fortune 500 companies to running his own C corporation marketing his traditional and whimsical art throughout the US. Over the last 10 years, my love of viewing the world up-close, architecture, technology, and worldwide adventures led to creation of Abstract Minimalist Photo Paintings. Mostly unseen, at 80, he has begun to share this art with the public.

Gedion Nyanhongo

Sculptor

Stone sculptor Gedion Nyanhongo was born into an artistic family in 1967 in Nyanga, Zimbabwe, Africa. He was influenced from a very young age by his father, Claud Nyanhongo, a prominent artist among the “first generation” sculptors, the pioneers of the Shona Sculpture Movement (sculpture unique to Zimbabwe) that began in the late 1950s.
After an apprenticeship with the internationally acclaimed sculptor Joseph Ndandarika, Gedion embarked on a solo career in 1988, where his vision and technical skills have earned him international recognition as a sculptor of excellence.
