The Ohio Artist Registry (OAR) is an exciting opportunity for artists to share their work, connect with the creative community, and establish an online presence—all on a free, virtual platform! The OAR encourages artists working in all art forms, throughout Ohio and beyond, to create a profile, which allows them to better promote themselves and their work. Being listed in the OAR provides artists with new opportunities to share their work with clients, galleries, patrons, and audiences. A listing in the OAR does not confer an endorsement, approval, or verification by the Ohio Arts Council.

Artist Statement
At the heart of my work is the theme of transformation—of self, of place, and of emotion. Through figurative and landscape subjects, I explore the shifting nature of identity and the transient qualities of the world around us. Working primarily in oil and watercolor, I use layered textures, subtle color shifts, and luminous forms to evoke moments of change and introspection.
My figurative paintings reflect an evolving sense of self, often inspired by the fluid and archetypal energies of womanhood. These works are not portraits of individuals, but rather representations of inner states—fragile, ethereal, and in flux. In parallel, my landscapes seek to move beyond representation, capturing instead the emotional atmosphere of a scene as it transforms in light, season, or memory.
Across my practice, I am drawn to the quiet beauty found in moments of transition, inviting viewers to pause and reflect on the constant motion of life and the self.
