The Ohio Artist Registry (OAR) is an exciting opportunity for artists to share their work, connect with the creative community, and establish an online presence—all on a free, virtual platform! The OAR encourages artists working in all art forms, throughout Ohio and beyond, to create a profile, which allows them to better promote themselves and their work. Being listed in the OAR provides artists with new opportunities to share their work with clients, galleries, patrons, and audiences. A listing in the OAR does not confer an endorsement, approval, or verification by the Ohio Arts Council.

Bio
I was born and educated in Great Britain, graduating from the Royal College of Art in 1966, and have represented contemporary trends in British sculpture in many group exhibitions, which traveled extensively in Britain, Europe, the United States and Japan. I moved to the United States in 1968, teaching at The Philadelphia College of Art, The Universities of Iowa and Kentucky, and the College of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning at the University of Cincinnati, retiring in 2001 as Professor of fine art, having taught sculpture and electronic art, and investigated multi user interactive networked virtual environments. Since 1995 I have been working in Activeworlds©, an internet based application allowing multiple users to share the same virtual 3 dimensional envioronment, which I found while searching for venues to present virtual reality models of sculpture on the internet. I have installed models of my own work, art and design work created by his students, and work by many other artists, in DAAP, the first Activeworlds world dedicated to sculpture. Since 1997, in conjunction with Activeworlds and Ars Mathematica, I have provided a venue for the continuing on line presentation of most of the Intersculpt digital sculpure exhibition series.
