The Ohio Artist Registry (OAR) is an exciting opportunity for artists to share their work, connect with the creative community, and establish an online presence—all on a free, virtual platform! The OAR encourages artists working in all art forms, throughout Ohio and beyond, to create a profile, which allows them to better promote themselves and their work. Being listed in the OAR provides artists with new opportunities to share their work with clients, galleries, patrons, and audiences. A listing in the OAR does not confer an endorsement, approval, or verification by the Ohio Arts Council.

Bio
I was born in Wooster, Ohio. At 16 years old I moved to Rochester, NY. I graduated from Bryant & Stratton with an Associate Degree in Business Management. I attended Monroe Community College and earned an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences. I graduated from The College at Brockport State University of New York with a Bachelors Degree in English Literature. I have three children and a grandson. I returned to my hometown, Wooster in 2018. I have pursued art in all forms since childhood and am now, professionally an artist.
Artist Statement
Art has been my form of expression since childhood. I have grown as an artist in my life through technique and skill. Being an artist full-time, I have matured further in my work. The perspective of color, light, shapes, depth, texture and symbolism, enhance the stories of my images to a higher level. Mixed Media affords me a range of freedom to incorporate both mediums to reach broader techniques which bring a greater fulfillment in my work. I want to connect with the world through my stories while being my true authentic self.
