The Ohio Artist Registry (OAR) is an exciting opportunity for artists to share their work, connect with the creative community, and establish an online presence—all on a free, virtual platform! The OAR encourages artists working in all art forms, throughout Ohio and beyond, to create a profile, which allows them to better promote themselves and their work. Being listed in the OAR provides artists with new opportunities to share their work with clients, galleries, patrons, and audiences. A listing in the OAR does not confer an endorsement, approval, or verification by the Ohio Arts Council.

Steven Mastroianni
Bio
I am a Cleveland based artist, photographer, educator, curator, and musician. My current body of work straddles the worlds of photography, drawing, and printmaking, incorporating camera-less photographic processes and mixed media. I’ve exhibited in dozens of group and solo shows, most recently a solo exhibition at the Massillon Museum (2023), and an artist residency and solo exhibition at Akron Soul Train. My work is included in the permanent collections of University Hospitals, Progressive Insurance, Cleveland Clinic, and many private collections. From 2008-2018 I was the owner and curator of the Mastroianni Arts/Silver Scuro Studio art gallery in Cleveland, curating dozens of exhibitions and arts related events.
I also work as a commercial photographer, and teach photography at the college level.
