The Ohio Artist Registry (OAR) is an exciting opportunity for artists to share their work, connect with the creative community, and establish an online presence—all on a free, virtual platform! The OAR encourages artists working in all art forms, throughout Ohio and beyond, to create a profile, which allows them to better promote themselves and their work. Being listed in the OAR provides artists with new opportunities to share their work with clients, galleries, patrons, and audiences. A listing in the OAR does not confer an endorsement, approval, or verification by the Ohio Arts Council.

Bio
I was born and raised in Rajasthan, India. I achieved my master’s degree in visual arts and completed my Ph.D. degree in folk arts from MLS University in India. I have been actively working as an artist in the fine arts field for 18 years.
The inspiration of my art is “immortal relationships”—we humans are deeply connected to other human beings, animals, and especially nature. These interconnecting relationships are the basis of human life and shape our society. My art is an effort to preserve and understand these relationships.
My artworks are inspired by the theme “Integrity with Nature.” Nature is all we need, to continue our survival on this planet. It nurtures us, nourishes us, protects us, and provides us with its best aesthetic offerings. We can’t imagine our lives on Earth without Mother Nature. So, it’s our duty to protect this essential part of our lives as well.
In my paintings, I wanted to reveal the extreme necessity of nurturing nature and vegetation in various forms. Sometimes I write about my true feelings for the deep connection between nature and humans in a few of my paintings.
Since moving to the USA eight years ago, I have been practicing as a freelance artist and have joined local art groups to promote the arts in society. I love to travel and go hiking with my family.
