The Ohio Artist Registry (OAR) is an exciting opportunity for artists to share their work, connect with the creative community, and establish an online presence—all on a free, virtual platform! The OAR encourages artists working in all art forms, throughout Ohio and beyond,  to create a profile, which allows them to better promote themselves and their work. Being listed in the OAR provides artists with new opportunities to share their work with clients, galleries, patrons, and audiences. A listing in the OAR does not confer an endorsement, approval, or verification by the Ohio Arts Council.

Artist Statement

My art is all about encouraging happiness through the indulgence of some of my favored aesthetics. I find comfort in expressing myself through my art. Nature, Magic, Space, and Color are all key features in my current work. I am very inspired by craft movements and art styles popularized by early Children’s Book Illustrators. Through a combined technique of traditional and digital media, I bring my work to life. I am drawn to the use of watercolor with a mixed media approach, involving colored pencils, charcoal, papers, inks, and more to create my soft style. Through my narrative Illustration projects, I hope to create magical scenes with a sense of gentleness and calm.
