The Ohio Artist Registry (OAR) is an exciting opportunity for artists to share their work, connect with the creative community, and establish an online presence—all on a free, virtual platform! The OAR encourages artists working in all art forms, throughout Ohio and beyond,  to create a profile, which allows them to better promote themselves and their work. Being listed in the OAR provides artists with new opportunities to share their work with clients, galleries, patrons, and audiences. A listing in the OAR does not confer an endorsement, approval, or verification by the Ohio Arts Council.

Bio

My name is Faith Ogenyi and I have been an overachieving artist based in Cincinnati, Ohio for the past seven years. I am an incoming sophomore majoring in Game and Animation at the University of Cincinnati within DAAP. My career goal is to become a computer animator, as I want to develop meaningful artworks, games, and designs that push the boundaries of digital expression. With my commitment to the fine arts and animation, I have become well-versed in both traditional and digital tools I plan to work with. My recent projects include learning how to make 3D environments and 2D animation using Blender, Adobe Animate, and Maya.

Artist Statement

I am a traditional and digital artist who has a colorfully comedic personality to share with the world. My goal is to leverage my skills and experiences in the animation industry and bring them to life. I aim to inspire others to unlock and appreciate their creativity by pushing artistic boundaries. Develop meaningful pieces and designs that reflect my mission and encourage aspiring creatives within my community.
