The Ohio Artist Registry (OAR) is an exciting opportunity for artists to share their work, connect with the creative community, and establish an online presence—all on a free, virtual platform! The OAR encourages artists working in all art forms, throughout Ohio and beyond, to create a profile, which allows them to better promote themselves and their work. Being listed in the OAR provides artists with new opportunities to share their work with clients, galleries, patrons, and audiences. A listing in the OAR does not confer an endorsement, approval, or verification by the Ohio Arts Council.

Bio
Elise McKeown Skolnick received her first camera at age 10. From the moment she held it in her hands she was intrigued. She does some portrait photography, but found her true calling to be in nature photography and photographing what she sees around her. Elise has discovered there are truly interesting and beautiful things to see and photograph wherever you are. An award-winning photographer, Elise has had several solo shows. Her work has been included in many juried exhibitions and is in numerous private collections. She and her husband have two daughters, three grandchildren, and live in Austintown, Ohio.
