The OAR encourages artists working in all art forms, throughout Ohio and beyond, to create a profile, which allows them to better promote themselves and their work. Being listed in the OAR provides artists with new opportunities to share their work with clients, galleries, patrons, and audiences. A listing in the OAR does not confer an endorsement, approval, or verification by the Ohio Arts Council.

Bio
Dr David Reiter is an award-winning text and digital artist, and Publisher / CEO at IP (Interactive Publications Pty Ltd) in Brisbane. He gives talks and leads workshops on all aspects of publishing. Twice winner of the QLD Premier’s Award, recent works include the digital narratives Time Lords Remixed: a Dr Who Poetical (2020); Black Books Publishing (2018), a satire about the publishing industry; the medical/micro-textual hybrid Time Lord Dreaming, which won the 2016 Western Australian Premier’s Award for Digital Narrative, Your eBook Survival Kit, now in its 4th edition, and the picture book Bringing Down the Wall, which was 2014 Best Book for Teens & Kids (Canadian Children’s Book Centre). As artist-in-residence twice at the Banff Centre for the Arts (Canada), he completed My Planets Reunion Memoir Project, which won the 2012 WA Premier’s Award, and The Gallery (2000), a non-linear interactive work featuring Paul Gauguin and Vincent van Gogh. IP recently published Outer Space, Inner Minds (2021) which featured creatives and scientists from ANZ and North America.
