The Ohio Artist Registry (OAR) is an exciting opportunity for artists to share their work, connect with the creative community, and establish an online presence—all on a free, virtual platform! The OAR encourages artists working in all art forms, throughout Ohio and beyond, to create a profile, which allows them to better promote themselves and their work. Being listed in the OAR provides artists with new opportunities to share their work with clients, galleries, patrons, and audiences. A listing in the OAR does not confer an endorsement, approval, or verification by the Ohio Arts Council.

Artist Statement
My work is rooted in the belief that art can hold space for stillness, reflection, and emotional clarity. As a multi‑medium artist working in acrylic paint, ink pen, watercolor, and colored and graphite pencil, I’m drawn to the way each material carries its own voice — softness, precision, luminosity, or quiet depth. I use these qualities intentionally, allowing the medium to guide the atmosphere of each piece.
I create art that explores themes of protection, remembrance, and spiritual calm. Symbolism plays a central role in my process; I’m interested in how subtle gestures, light, and form can communicate feelings that are often difficult to articulate. My compositions are built slowly and deliberately, balancing contrast with gentleness, detail with openness, and emotion with restraint.
My goal is to offer viewers a moment of connection — a pause, a breath, a sense of being held. Whether through an angelic figure, a symbolic motif, or a quiet abstract form, I aim to create work that feels timeless, personal, and quietly powerful. Each piece is an invitation to step into a space of reflection and to find meaning in the stillness and calm.
