The Ohio Artist Registry (OAR) is an exciting opportunity for artists to share their work, connect with the creative community, and establish an online presence—all on a free, virtual platform! The OAR encourages artists working in all art forms, throughout Ohio and beyond, to create a profile, which allows them to better promote themselves and their work. Being listed in the OAR provides artists with new opportunities to share their work with clients, galleries, patrons, and audiences. A listing in the OAR does not confer an endorsement, approval, or verification by the Ohio Arts Council.

Bio
Moen is professional artist who specializes in two dimensional art of all kinds– from painting, to drawing, to photography and writing. Having had a passion for art since he was young, he always finds time to enjoy or make art in daily life. Moen’s main job is a cancer researcher allowing him to make unique connections between science and art. Cells under a microscope really do remind one of the night sky after all. Moen specializes in subtility, in his many attempts to show larger meaningful emotions and experiences into his art in small easily overlooked ways. This allows his art to hold more depth for him and allows each crafted piece to be far more enjoyable to make.
