The Urbana Mural

Size: 1,380 sq/ft
Location: Downtown Urbana, 108 Miami St, Urbana, OH 43078
Role: Project Lead, Muralist
The Urbana Mural is my transformative, large-scale public art piece located in the heart of my hometown. As project lead, I independently raised over $29,000 through a grassroots campaign to bring this vision to life, leading all aspects from community research, campaigning, branding and concept development, execution, media, and installation. Spanning 23 ft. by 60 ft., the mural weaves together local stories, history, and identity into a cohesive narrative that stands as a landmark in Urbana. Partnered with the Champaign County Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Bureau and Champaign County Arts Council, this project continues to spark conversation, inspire civic pride, and exemplify what community-driven art can accomplish. The Urbana Mural is recognized in the Murals Across Ohio program, celebrating public art ahead of the nation’s 250th anniversary in 2026.
Bolder Colors Mural

Role: Designer, Painter
The Bolder Colors Mural is a 70-foot-long design inspired by Bolder Outfitters’ screen printing services. As the sole designer and painter, I developed a bold visual identity aligned with the client’s brand, incorporating vivid colors and layered symbolism across their interior walls. The mural required substantial problem-solving and multiple iterations to meet evolving expectations.

Wonderment, Exhibition Series

Exhibition Location: Arts Building, 400 S Patterson Ave, Oxford, OH 45056
Role: Artist
‘Wonderment’ is a childhood self-portrait series that revisits the early moments of creativity, joy, and curiosity that shaped who I am today through three, 3-dimensional sculptural portraits accompanied by custom frames that hold the emotional weight and context of each memory. Exhibited in December 2025 at Miami University’s Art Building as the culminating exhibition for an advanced, upper-level studio course.
American Sign Museum, Mural & Live Portraits

Deliverables: Community Engagement Mural, Live Speed Portraits
Location: American Sign Museum, 1330 Monmouth Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45225.
Role: Muralist, Educator, Live Illustrator
I partnered with ASM to design and lead a portable mural activation for Family Day, called “SIGNatures”, a public engagement event centered on arts education, hands-on creativity, and multigenerational participation. Guests were invited to design their own mini-signs while learning about mural-making and visual storytelling. These individual creations were then assembled into a collaborative mural.
A subsequent collaboration built off of this success and the ASM invited me to create live speed portraits for museum visitors, offered free through ASM. This experience further strengthened public connection to the museum by transforming the space, fostering direct artist-visitor interaction, and creating personalized, take-home portraits that extended the impact of the visit beyond the gallery space.
