Cleveland Museum of Art August 2023
Cleveland Museum of Art of Cleveland, Ohio gave me the opportunity to perform a Sitar concert on August 25th in my hometown of Cleveland. I was accompanied by my students on the stage. They represent the future generation of Imdad Khani Gharana (specialty of playing Vocal Style Sitar). I am so thankful to the Cleveland Museum of Art and Gabe Pollack, the Director of the Performing Arts, Sonya Rhie Mace and Jeff Judge.

MET Museum Three Sitars October 2023
It was my vision for musical venues to accept my three Vintage Sitars. Gracefully, they were accepted at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. They are beautifully exhibited and wrapped around in a glass case in the Musical Gallery. I am so grateful that the Metropolitan Museum of Art of New York accepted all three Sitars. There was an opening ceremony on October 27th and 28th, 2023. I was blessed to perform a Sitar concert there on both days. I humbly thank the MET Museum and Jayson Dobney, the curator of the Museum for selecting and accepting my Sitars and Nicole Sussmane and David freeman for helping me in this process.

Hasu Patel sitar accepted by MIM Museum in Arizona 2024
My first Sitar on which I was trained and performed many concerts and won the prizes, was accepted by Musical Instruments Museum in Phoenix Arizona. I am also grateful to Eddie Hsu, the curator for selecting and accepting my Sitar for the Museum. My son Dr. Mehool Patel and daughter Dr. Alpana Grover worked selflessly to fulfill my dream. I am also thankful to all who supported me in this monumental work.
