The Ohio Artist Registry (OAR) is an exciting opportunity for artists to share their work, connect with the creative community, and establish an online presence—all on a free, virtual platform! The OAR encourages artists working in all art forms, throughout Ohio and beyond, to create a profile, which allows them to better promote themselves and their work. Being listed in the OAR provides artists with new opportunities to share their work with clients, galleries, patrons, and audiences. A listing in the OAR does not confer an endorsement, approval, or verification by the Ohio Arts Council.

Bio
My name is Vivian Kay Mosley, I am a professional artist and I reside in New
Philadelphia, Ohio. I am a past president of the Tuscarawas County Art Guild
and I opened the TuscArts Fine Art Gallery in New Philadelphia, where we
encourage and support local artists in all mediums.
My work has been awarded many awards. I won First Prize and placed in
People’s choice awards at the AHH Gallery, In Louisville, with a still life in oil.
Another piece won Best of Show in the 2019 Juried Art Guild Show, other
pieces placing thru the years as well. My most precious honor was being
chose as one of 38 Ohio Artist, out of 396 Ohio Artists, for the 2019, 13th
Annual Ohio Online Visual Artist Registry Juried Exhibition, at the Columbus
Metropolitan Main Library's Carnegie Gallery. This honor was most
unexpected but really helped me believe in my talent and my work.
