The Ohio Artist Registry (OAR) is an exciting opportunity for artists to share their work, connect with the creative community, and establish an online presence—all on a free, virtual platform! The OAR encourages artists working in all art forms, throughout Ohio and beyond, to create a profile, which allows them to better promote themselves and their work. Being listed in the OAR provides artists with new opportunities to share their work with clients, galleries, patrons, and audiences. A listing in the OAR does not confer an endorsement, approval, or verification by the Ohio Arts Council.

Handcrafted ceramics inspired by nature and reckless adventure!
Nicole Kessel is currently a garage potter and accomplished nature photographer working out of her home studio in Miamisburg, Ohio. Her work can be seen in many local shops and galleries throughout the Dayton area and she routinely attends a number of art festivals and special events in Ohio each year. Her years of experience as a photographer combined with her love for exploring the outdoors has given her a unique awareness of composition, light, color, and texture that influences her ceramic aesthetic.
As she continues to broaden her knowledge and proficiency in clay through education and experimentation, Nicole hopes to one day invest in a larger custom studio where she can expand upon her creative ideas and have a space to collaborate with other artists.
